Buy an apartment at the Hamilton Bentleigh development this month and you’ll be off to see the musical of the same name.
In one of Melbourne’s more unusual incentive programs, the backers of the project, which gets its name from Hamilton St at its rear, will provide two tickets to the hit stage production for those who buy before August 31.
The 36-apartment complex by Momentum Global has been designed by award-winning architects Peddle Thorp with landscape architecture by John Patrick.

Tomassi & Co’s Alby Tomassi is handling inquiries for the project and said he hoped the musical experience would help residents connect when they moved in — with the build started nine months ago and expected to be concluded in May 2022.
Even before launching sales over the past weekend they had a handful of reservations in place, including for a $1.299m penthouse.
There were also two staff looking to get the ultimate work-from-home address after their company earmarked a lease for half of the development’s 1000sq m of office space on level one.
In addition to the 36 homes it will feature a shared rooftop deck with two barbecues, a kitchenette, lounges, seating and planter boxes.
With apartments starting from the third story podium level, most will have views of the CBD, Port Phillip Bay or the Dandenong Ranges.
Inside, stone benchtops will blend with stone splashbacks in the kitchens, with the latter highlighted by concealed LED lighting.
“It looks really good, and it suits the light or dark colour schemes,” Mr Tomassi said.
Miele appliances add functionality to the space.
With open-plan living spaces, the apartments will range from 60-115sq m, plus outdoor areas from 9sq m up to 87sq m.
Despite early interest from investors, the majority of buyers are expected to be a mix of first-home buyers, downsizers and couples hoping to one day take advantage of the property’s McKinnon Secondary College zoning.
There will also be 750sq m of retail on the ground floor.
One-bedroom apartments are priced from $579,000-$630,000, two-bedroom offerings from $645,000-$899,000, while three-bedroom homes cost $$970,000-$1.3m.
