To purchase a new property or a replacement key, remote or security fob a charge will apply. Once we have received your request we will contact you to advise you of cost and method of payment. Please specify what type of key you require. For tenants please note that we need authority from either your owner or property manager to release additional keys.

2) Cost of Keys/Remotes/Fob will be advised upon request for the Complex

3) Handling Fee of $33.00 per item – This is our fee for maintaining the Key/Remote/Fob system for the respective Strata Plans.

Key/Fob/Remote Total cost amount

Handling Fee Per Item: $ 33.00

Registered Postage: $15.00 Remote/Fob or $6.00 Security Key

Payment Details:

Preferred payment Method direct transfer to respective Strata Plan bank account.

Details to be provided upon approval of request.

Request Conditions:

Requests only accepted from the Owner & or Managing Agent of the respective Strata Plan

Unit. Request from Tenants must come from the Agent of the unit.
