- Efficiency. Each strata manager within our practice is backed by a comprehensive support team. This ensures a 24-hour response time and allows matters to be progressed urgently when required.
- Compliance. Our corporate partnership with Strata Community Australia (SCA) and the Australian College of Professionals (ACOP) ensures our staff remain up to date in an ever-changing legal environment. We also believe this knowledge should be shared and aim to educate the Owners Corporation.
- Financial Transparency. We ensure your strata scheme remains financially healthy and that all owners understand where funds are allocated. In accordance with the PSBA 2002, we prepare six-monthly financial reports for the Treasurer. We also provide Monthly Cash Management Reports detailing all income and expenditure. Each strata scheme operates its own trust account held with Macquarie Bank, reconciled daily to ensure accounts remain accurate. We also prepare, lodge and reconcile Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Annual Tax Returns.
- Streamlined Meetings. We offer complimentary use of our office as a neutral space to host strata meetings. Alternatively, we provide an efficient online meeting platform, ensuring convenience and ease of attendance for all owners.
- Industry-Leading Software. We utilise one of the most comprehensive strata management systems available, Property IQ. This platform provides extensive functionality and reporting, allowing us to deliver significant benefits and transparency to our owners.
- Detailed Record-Keeping. We maintain extensive registers for contracts, meetings, insurance, keys, fire compliance and by-law registrations. Supported by our management software and a move toward a paperless system, these registers ensure full compliance with legislative requirements.
- Levy Services. We prepare and distribute quarterly levy statements issued directly to lot owners, who pay into the strata scheme’s own trust account. Levies in arrears are monitored monthly and managed fairly in accordance with the Owners Corporation’s instructions.

- Effective And Fair By-Laws. Making community living easier for everyone. Strata by-laws are legally established to facilitate harmony and coexistence among diverse residents. These by-laws typically cover areas such as the keeping of pets, parking restrictions, resident behaviour including noise control, as well as security and safety measures. We formally record, communicate, distribute and enforce your strata scheme’s registered by-laws.
- Maintenance. Our friendly tradespeople are skilled, licensed and fully insured. All contractors we engage are routinely evaluated for their workmanship, reliability and competitiveness to ensure the highest standards of maintenance for your property.
- Consultancy. We maintain strong relationships with a wide range of trusted property professionals, including Independent Auditors, Construction Managers, Building Managers, Engineers, Property Managers, and Legal Consultants specialising in strata law. This network allows us to provide expert guidance and support whenever required.
