1. Consent shall only apply to the identified pet and no other replacement or substitute pet.
2. Consent shall only apply to a pet not already kept within a lot or on the common property.
3. A photograph of the pet and council registration must be supplied.
4. The pet must not have been previously ordered for removal.
5. Vaccination and registration certificates must be provided.
6. Microchip certificate and vet details (optional).
7. The pet must not roam from the lot.
8. Owner responsible for any damage caused.
9. Owner must clean pet waste.
10. No nuisance or disturbance to others.
11. Pet must be restrained on common property.
12. 3 complaints = removal within 7 days.

Terms must be agreed before approval. No pet allowed until permission granted.
